I just had a cheese omelette for dinner with vintage cheddar.

Otherwise I would choose a blue cheese and smoked one ... Not terribly fussy what type.

It was fried in some sort of batter I believe (I'm no chef). I just know it tasted divine. I don't know how I'd managed to go through life not knowing about it!

I cant do this. My local cheese emporium has over 100 banging cheeses. How can you possibly pick just three? Its got at least five strong rinded cheddars for gods sake....and they're all awesome! Dont even start me on the organic stilton!
