"Grilled halloumi
Incredibly mature cheddar
And then something nutty like a Jarlsberg.
That's just today's choose though"
I recently had halloumi for the first time and it was an absolute revelation! |

I hope you grilled it.
That salty squeaky texture whilst creamy and fall-y apartness
I could ramble on and on about Halloumi |

"You have a cheeseboard but you’re only allowed three cheeses. What are you going to have? "
I just had a cheese omelette for dinner with vintage cheddar.
Otherwise I would choose a blue cheese and smoked one ... Not terribly fussy what type. |

It was fried in some sort of batter I believe (I'm no chef). I just know it tasted divine. I don't know how I'd managed to go through life not knowing about it! |

I cant do this. My local cheese emporium has over 100 banging cheeses. How can you possibly pick just three? Its got at least five strong rinded cheddars for gods sake....and they're all awesome! Dont even start me on the organic stilton! |
