Somewhere In The Ether…

.....no really.

Some years ago, I watched an interview with the couple who starred in one of The Lovers Guide videos back in the early nineties.

In said interview, they proclaimed that 80% of their relationship was based around sex.

So, my question to all you good folk is:

When in a relationship (as in a conventional relationship), what percentage of it would you estimate to be based on or around sex?

20% maybe. Overall given that we've had children, illness, stuff going on etc if it was any more than that I doubt sex alone would have held us together.

Given the amount of time we spend drinking coffee together by comparison I'd say its coffee that's the other 80%

Northampton Somewhere

I'd say at the beginning of a relationship it would be pretty high but over the years with kids, mortgages, other commitments to factor in it gets lower and lower!
