Men are wearing makeup, yes i know - what the fuck? I'm not talking about a bit of eyeliner because they happen to be goths, i'm talking about full on 'products'.
I'm afraid it's all a bit much for my working class Yorkshire sensibilities and i think i need a little lie down.
So ladies, your views on this please. |

Don't care what other people do with make up.
I don't wear much myself because I feel stifled in it.
If a man wants to wear it to enhance his features, that's his bizzo.
If I fancied him I'd fuck him. |

Men have been doing it for centuries- it's just not seen as the social norm right now.
They can do what they like, but I can't say I know anyone that does. |

It depends on the definition of make up. As some beauty products eg moisturiser can be classed as make up. I like a bit of rough but if he’s got stubble I hope it’s moisturised as it gives me a rash on my chin x |

This is correct.
Men have been doing it for decades it’s just more noticed now.
Each to their own! I follow a couple of Male make up artists on instagram who apply the make up on themselves, their skills are amazing. |

If i had a son (which I dont) and he went out or came home wearing make up.
He will be looking for a new roof to live under.
What's all that about?
Ive seen it myself in Woking. Si called grown men wearing spray on or carrot jeans and wearing make up. Circus freaks is what they are and im not talking Clowns either |

If men want to use make up then I don't have a problem with it, but I wouldn't be physically attracted to them. Plus they can probably apply their make up better than I can.
I prefer a 'manly' man. |

What a terrible thing to say . You would love your son unconditionally whether he wears make up or not ! |

Wow.
So you’d kick your flesh and blood out of your home because he wears something on his face that can be washed off? Utterly judgmental and quite shocking something so small would make you want to make your own child homeless. |

Or maybe they just like to be shaven.
I’d choose a shaven man over a hairy me any day. You can still be a man without hair, hair doesn’t determine your gender. |

Did you know high heels were first worn by men?
The idea arrived in Europe from Persia and was seen as a status symbol of a man's wealth.
Women began to copy some masculine styles in the 17th century, including heels.
The fashion started to fade among men in the 18th century, and a more feminine shape of heel started to become popular.
Men wearing make-up is nothing new.

Gone are the days when men would slip on some thick socks, a stout pair of walking boots and go on a polar expedition. Can you imagine it? "Come on Shackleton, hurry up". "Sorry Scott, just putting my makeup on"! Phhhht

Ive only seen make up on younger guys which im not attracted too. Not sure whether i would or wouldnt be attracted to someone older wearing it. But im not attracted to women that wear a lot of makeup so probably wouldnt in a man |

P.S. I don't think being pretty is linked to wearing makeup; a'pretty' boy to me simply has even, well-proportioned features and a generally pleasing appearance |

Two “looks” which absolutely do not float my boat are the typical “pretty boy” (it conjours up notions of reality telly and someone who would spend far too long preening before setting foot out of the door) and “rough diamond” (that just brings up the notion of thug). |
