No I've not even heard of it.

But then Burger and Mash with veg is new on me as well.

They usually go in buns with bacon, cheese, lettuce and fries when I make them

The lingon berry one is a swedish thing, yes your mix of the burger and fries are good too.

Lasagna

No pasta sheets - chilli fried aubergine slices

No mince - chicken slices

No white sauce - mozzarella slices layered

Christ I’m doubting it’s a lasagna now!!

Still have a tomato/Basil sauce!

We had king prawn linguine with a rocket side salad. I was naughty and had an iced orange for dessert and 2 bombay g&ts.
