No I've not even heard of it.
But then Burger and Mash with veg is new on me as well.
They usually go in buns with bacon, cheese, lettuce and fries when I make them |

The lingon berry one is a swedish thing, yes your mix of the burger and fries are good too. |

Lasagna
No pasta sheets - chilli fried aubergine slices
No mince - chicken slices
No white sauce - mozzarella slices layered
Christ I’m doubting it’s a lasagna now!!
Still have a tomato/Basil sauce!

I had a shit day so I went to M+S and got loads of yummy things
I'm having sirloin steak with king prawns and salad 
And I'm going to have a glass (bottle) of fizz.
