In what context? In some ways we’ve become more aware of risk that’s always been there, in some ways we’ve become too risk averse, and in some ways potential risk has increased exponentially.

"What’s your favourite sandwich? "

The first ever thread I posted on Fab was about my love of the sandwich and talking about different ones!!

Right now, I’d like one I used to have at a lovely little place in Durham; roast chicken, tarragon mayonnaise, fresh tarragon and grapes.

Oh I love that there’s so many ways you can do breakfast.

Right now, I quite fancy the idea of a cool freshly squeezed orange juice, greek yoghurt and berries (blue/straw/rasp) and some seeds and a squirt of honey.

Or a pain au chocolat and a coffee.

Or a really naughty bacon sarnie.

She is well celebrated in the North East (and a little further north into the Scottish Borders ) - a large number of schools do use her story when featuring local history

Too hard. It varies daily.

Mmmm, I’m going to throw out Cambozola, a very mature Cheddar, a baked Camembert, Stinking Bishop, and I could happily eat some cool fresh Mozzarella with vine tomatoes, all sun-heated, with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil right now.
