I’m awake
I’m so nocturnal since my operation to my leg mostly cos am lay around all day and not burning energy so don’t sleep much, my Fitbit says I been having 1:30 - 2 hours sleep a day |

Broke my collarbone at work on Sunday night, currently wide awake waiting for the next lot of painkillers to kick in before, hopefully, getting back to sleep; though being restricted to sleeping on my back with about 6 pillows keeping me almost upright doesn't help with that! |

Feel your pain since my op I have to sleep on back which I hate, and I knackered my calf few weeks ago so I can’t get upstairs so been sleeping on sofa for past few weeks...

For me, I'm mow on holiday from Night's.
Finished 8.30am Sunday morning. Stayed awake till midday then took intended Cat Nap till 4pm but woke at 10pm Sunday!!
Struggled to sleep thru early hours Monday; awake at 6am & out the door to travel home which with train delays meant didn't get home till 3pm. Got to bed at 8pm last night and woke up 45 mins ago. Knackered but can't sleep. Grrrr! |
