Arabic women use a large piece of rock salt inserted which supposedly cleanses rejuvenates and tightens , dunno if it really works, but have seen it boxed for sale on my travels with packaging suggesting use . |

I have been looking at some of the devices but the reviews are so mixed I can't decide between the £30 manual version or the £300 bells and whistles does it all for you one.

I knew someone was going to ask. Yup and no is the answer.
You can ask for some medical equipment like mini cones. They're to help exercise your pelvic floor muscles more effectively so you know you're doing them correctly. The smallest "cone" is the same thickness as a pencil. Once you can grip that, you're done. 
However I'm not sure if they're still given to women though. My youngest is nearly 16 years old. So been awhile since I did any pelvic floor exercises. I no longer piss myself when i cough, sneeze or laugh too much! Lol.
You can always ask your GP or local family planning clinic. |

There's a clinic near us that offers laser treatment, at least I think it's laser  . I obviously wasn't paying too much attention because I don't know what benefits they claimed it had either. Clearly I'm no help at all.
I do know that private clinics offer menopausal and post menopausal women help that isn't available from the NHS because a lot of free magazines have had full page spreads (snigger) advertising treatments. |

EverBuild sell a tin of fix and fill, It comes complete with an applicator claims to fill all gaps or your money back, starts off as a soft foam, then expands so be cautious as you don't want to be putting to much in. guess once its set and you get it out, you can repeat the process monthly and check its diameter each time you do it and the applicated material should shrink if whatever you've been doing is working. But can't you just insert a finger and clench. see if you can clench tighter?
