This for me. Nothing gets me in the angry mood as much as Rage Against the Machine  "
It's the other way round for me. If I'm in an angry mood, Rage is a great way for me to 'vent'.

I call it 'Raging out'. When I have the house to myself I'll jump around and rage-a-long with Zac, air guitar like Tom and air drum with Brad.
Dub War and Skindred are good for raging too.

My rage-venting usually takes place in my van. Volume cranked up and the windows shaking from the bass and howling along.
I do get the occassional funny look whilst waiting at the lights though   |
