This seems like a judicious place to post this; Doc, I’m still watching the pimple popping vids on YouTube which I mentioned on here a while back.
Is it normal to look up at one’s clock and find that one has been engrossed in the pus spewing grossness for up to an hour at a time?
Do I have a psychological problem?
Also, whilst watching one particular vid, I happened to reach down to itch my scrotum. Even though I wasn’t thankfully, noticeably aroused, was this action a subconscious sign that I am in some way sexually perverted?  |

Thanks Doc  I feel much more secure now; It’s normal for the subconscious to yearn for something, just so long as (in Freudian terms) the Superego can balance the said desire against the moral ramifications of giving in to it. In other words, it’s ok for me to watch the vids, just so long as I don’t fondle myself whilst doing so |

I do that too. But only reaaally late at night, during daylight hours it revolts me too much. I just take this as subconsciously I really don't want to go to bed and anything to do to distract from that is fine. I manage to do it without having an itchy scrotum though but apparently men's scrotums itch all the damn time so the fact it was during watching gross things means nothing. You are not perverted, just odd |

I do that too. But only reaaally late at night, during daylight hours it revolts me too much. Thank you - I have since tried to explain the itching of my scrotum as purely coincidental due to the heat we’re presently experiencing as opposed to a heinous act of sexual self abuse precipitated by the particularly awesome pimple explosion I was viewing at the time.
Just to be sure though and to be on the safe side, I think that in future I’ll keep my hands occupied elsewhere whenever I behold that Biblical moment of a spot being lanced... |
