if your phone has a timer try using that as it will give you a few seconds to look a bit more relaxed and fix your pose |

Take a look around at other guys pics for ideas of what might work for you then as KB says use the timer or the audio function on your phone - with some cropping and colour filtering it's amazing the results you can achieve |

Another suggestion I saw the other day but haven't tried is take a video rather than a picture and move about in various poses then find a frame that you're happy with to use as a still shot |

Nice you have your face on but one would be enough if your not comfy taking pics. I hate picture taking from the neck up but body shots only, you can relax more. Look at other mens profiles, its all open shirts and chests, bums in or out of boxers. Part clothed are very sexy it doesnt all have to be stripped down and naked. X |
