Yep... it's playing havoc with my MS, nerve ending are at sizzle point. Also hayfever is on overdrive (which doesn't help when you have a feeding tube down your nose to your stomach).... I paint a pretty picture eh lmao  |

Tip for those over-heating, put your wrists under cold running water - your veins are near the surface and cooling them brings down your body temperature pretty quickly  |
