So I took the weekend off work to attend a mates party last night. I’ve woken up bright and early and I’m off work today too, I’d normally have my kids when I’m off but as it’s a work day I’m child free. It’s very very rare I get a free day like this. I have a motorbike and it’s glorious weather outside yet I’m at a loss what to do with my day or where to go. All my mates are working so whatever I do I’ll be doing it alone.

Yeah, I’ll just be putting jeans on with my boots, I have a lightweight armoured summer jacket so not too bad once you’re moving. Where am i going? x |

I live in Southport so could do that here, slightly better class of people to watch here too  |

Like you , I have a bike and am child free today (though I’m working til 3pm)
So my plan is a leisurely ride early evening over to Winchester where I’ll find a spoons , order some munchies and sit and enjoy the last of the days sun before the journey home
I find it wonderful me time
Hope you work out something fun to do today |

Oh you’re in Southport OP. It’s lovely there and it’s a beautiful day. You could play the tuppeny machines on the pier? You could go bird watching? A stroll along the front? A coffee and people watch .... that’s my personal favourite

The air show is on so it’ll very busy up there today and loads of road closures are in place. I could just sit in my garden and watch the air show I suppose. |

Yeah me too, I live a stones throw from Woodvale airfield where they all take off from so I see them from the comfort of my own garden. A wellington bomber pretty much skimmed my roof yesterday. |

Perfect weather for taking the bike out to a scenic vista. Possibly call in at a quiet country pub (obviously only one pint as you’re driving) and relax before driving to an uppermost geographical point and watching the beauty of the sun set |

Sounds good to me but most places high up are currently on fire. Not much to see but smoke  |
