Neither, yuck. Good bacon shouldn't need anything else adding to make it super tasty.

I'm talking good bacon here, the good thick slices from the butcher that don't shrink down to next to nothing when cooked.

The common term for a bread roll where I live is batch. Never seen the term batch used outside of Coventry. So on my travels I find bread roll is the the safest universal term to get what I want.

I take it those of you who are so desperate to taste the bacon rather than the sauce don't have gravy with your roast dinner or put salt and vinegar on your chips for the same reason.

Anyway, the correct answer is daddies. HP is shite.

Brown sauce on a bacon sarnie for sure.

Sausage sarnie would be bbq sauce or brown.

If it was an egg sarnie that’s red sauce.

If was a fish finger sarnie that’s also red sauce.

If I have a sausage and egg sarnie.. well, that’s a dilemma..

Here and There

My preference for a bacon sandwich is Dijon on one side and ketchup on the other. If it was a cob it would be brown.

I dont have sauce on a bacon sarnie. I don't usually have it without an egg, the yolk stops it from being dry, as i don't use a spread on the bread, either.
