He deserved sent off for his unprofessional and utterly cringe worthy actions in that game. It is completely embarrassing and is nothing more than cheating. It needs stamping out of the game. An example should be made of odious twerps like him.
I really hope someone gives him something to roll around over or Brazil get a sound thrashing in their next game. |

Surely it would have been more credible to just point out to the ref' that the geezer had stood on his ankle deliberately. It gets looked at on the video, he gets sent off.
Instead, his stupid childlike tantrum looked so ridiculous that how could you take any accusation seriously. |

I heard someone say his antics made it impossible for the ref to send the guy off or it would have led to that kind of theatrics every time, in attempts to get someone sent off.
A better solution would have been yellow card for the foul, yellow card for the play acting.... |

Last time I looked, Portuguese is Latin based.
But seen as I said in general, I meant that's where all the cheating started from, there the worst for it, but like all bad cultural shit it spreads and now it's everywhere |

As is Suarez. But Suarez is a twat I an admire. His twattishness is allied to incredible work rate for the team and also the fact that his cheating is for the benefit of a team which needs all the help they can get(sometimes..).
Even though the cheating is execrable and winds me up something rotten.

A good footballer but seeing him roll around the floor is absolutely pathetic. It's just embarrassing really.
He's not the only one doing it though. It seems quite prevalent at this World Cup. I think that the presence of VAR has helped increase the amount of play acting. Not what you expect or want from professionals in any sport. |
