How often do you sing?
Singing makes us happy, releases endorphins and promotes bonds if we do it together.
So what shall we sing? What's your go-to song?
Who shall sing with us? A group? Backing singers? Dancers? What will we call ourselves?
Are we going all out musical style or a more subtle intimate thing? Would you prefer to sing alone?

I like to sing alone. People prefer it that way too.
I’m also blessed that one of my housemates is an opera singer, and occasionally she’ll be practicing an aria somewhere in a corner of the house (it’s a big rambling one) and faintly I’ll hear the most heartstirringly beautiful sounds and it always brings me to tears. |

I love singing. I do a lot of driving for work and always have music on, and I sing along. Loudly. Usually do a bit of dancing too. I’m a very enthusistic singer. But I’m fucking shite at it. Tone deaf.
My 4 year old has been gifted with the same enthusiasm and joy for singing, and the tone deafness.... car journeys with us are ace though.
Like Carpool Karaoke. Minus the celebs. Or a Range Rover. Or James Corden. However I am fat, blonde and occasionally amusing. So a fairly close match |

I love music, I always have but I cannot sing. I do ‘sing’ either alone usually while driving or with my daughter. I sing predominantly chart stuff in the car as I like a particular radio station. Unless I want to listen to something specific then I put on a CD (I really need to get into the 21st century). That’s when anything could be playing and the singing sounds even worse  |

My dad was an opera singer (tenor) and my memories of growing up in a house where some one practised singing every day differ somewhat from yours. Maybe I'd appreciate it more now that I'm older and have more refined tastes. I do still love hearing him sing nessun dorma and Jerusalem though |

I sing all the time. I have a few standard shower songs: Yes by McAlmont & Butler (I can’t get the big note), Everybody’s Changing by Keane, Last Request by Paolo Nutini. And then occasionally Better Be Home Soon by Crowded House.
I sing to my colleagues when we’re heading places in the car. Stupid wee snippets of loads of songs. I have been known to sing the entirety of Heads, Shoulders, Knees & Toes... It must drive them nuts.  I did once treat a colleague to a complete rendition of Thd Northern Lights and she actually really enjoyed it.
I used to sing in choirs as a kid, and I sang in stage shows until I left uni.
I often sing to my dog when I’m tucking her in last thing at night. It’s based on a traditional Scottish song that my mum would sing to me when I was wee.
And, finally, I sing when I’m playing my guitar. All manner of stuff. It’s hard not to feel happy when you sing. Unless it’s a sad song, but even then it’s a happy kind of sad.
I feel sorry for people who don’t sing. Even if you can’t sing, sing. Even if you’ve never been able to hold a tune in your life, sing your little heart out. |

I sing every day loudly and badly. Often I think I mimic another singer but I’m nowhere near!
I dance like Norman Wisdom on acid so I’d either have to be a dancer or backing singer as I couldn’t do both ! |

I sing a lot, but then I’m always listening to music.
My daughter sings a lot too, she sings in the shower every morning, sometimes a song I know, sometimes something she makes up as she goes a long and I love it  |

Every day, except on depressed and very tired days.

Ha, I can imagine it could be annoying! It’s still novel for me and I have a love of opera (I’m lucky enough that I have a friend and he takes me once a year to the Royal Opera House). She sings the arias that I love, and that inspire in me the life I dream of living, with the passion and love and wild abandonment. And there’s something so dreamy hearing it drift through an open window amidst the gently billowing curtain, and the distant sounds of a child laughing or the wind in the tree and I just shut my eyes and fantasise. |

I sing everyday. Usually in the car. With or without the radio on.

I love to sing, have done from an early age.
Fronted a couple of bands,one that almost made it back in the day.
And I think I surprised a few people in a club the other week |

I sing most days, I e always got the radio on and sing along. I even embarrass my kids by singing along in the shops. I used to be in the school choir and do all the big musicals there as well but let my vocal training lapse x |
