Somewhere In The Ether…

Cod liver oil tablets.......and a shit load of them by the sound of it

But seriously, you might want to get it checked out; Something sounds as though it’s grating bone on bone and not in a gay way.

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

Does it snap on the outside or front of the hip? Usually snapping hip is musculotendinous and can be improved with stretching and selective strengthening exercises

"Anyone here suffered from it? And if so, did you fox it?"

Had it for ages, and also in both knees too

Can't take 6 months (each knee) off work to get them sorted, so just put up with the daily pain it gives.

Do you find it worse when it's wet out? Or hot too?

Its been getting progressively worse as my level of physical activity has ramped by with the warmer weather. (Cycling). The pain is just behind the hip joint, it occasionally feels like it's about to dislocate, although I'm sure it won't! Just a moment of weakness.

Well this just goes to show that cycling isn’t as good for you as many lime to think it is .

Bit like running and knees and ankles playing up .

Hopefully this might lead to more people choosing not to cycle any more , and freeing up the roads for what they were put there for - cars
