Don't you just hate it when you turn up to a meet after spending an hour or more to get ready and he's wearing jogging bottoms and hooded top

Please guys, a little bit of effort to look presentable

Can't say I spend hours getting ready but I make an effort. Never met anyone in jogging bottoms, a chap wore shorts once.

I don't mind as long as the man is clean and tidy. My former FWB was a right scruffy bugger, in shorts, trainers and T.shirt. He was a great sexual partner though xxx

Glad it's not just me.... and yes, first impressions really do count.

Luckily I hadn't dressed to play. First meet is always play safe with the outfits. Just wore a summer dress with tights and the g-string he requested. Needless to say he never got as far as seeing the g-string. Met, had a chat then I left.

Oh and the person that said a man over 21 shouldn’t wear a hoodie, as a sports coach it’s a bit of my “uniform”. What do you suggest?

You Dont Need to Know, right now

"I find that they make an effort first time then it slips after that. As soon as they cease to make an effort I cease to meet them "

Aw, I'm the opposite way round. A man must be presentable on a first meet, but if he lets his standards slip on later meets, that's OK. I just pop him straight in the shower, if he's come to mine from work. Smell nice and a spare dressing gown is fine for second and subsequent meets. (Same goes for me, on later meets. If they expect anything more than smell nice and nearly naked, they'll be disappointed )

If he is clean and smells good, I'm pretty happy. I used to make much more effort to look good for meets but realised that if things went well, they'd see me naked with makeup smeared everywhere! So I try to be realistic and wear something comfortable, light makeup and perfume. Mind you, last social I had went so well that I did regret not having shaved my legs that day! But he didn't seem to mind

I live in a hoody & gym kit all week for work.

So I do like to make an effort in looking feminine, and dress nicely out of work.

If someone turned up to a first meet dressed like thst I'd definitely be a bit disappointed.

I know exactly what you mean. Those ones with the beard that is not cared for properly and jeans with holes in. Thankfully, I try to keep my beard in check and even smelling nice, and also don't even wear jeans, so if anything ends up with a hole, I replace it.

On another note, you should check out the bass player/vocalist from a band called blind haze. He might get you a bit hot under the collar

"Don't you just hate it when you turn up to a meet after spending an hour or more to get ready and he's wearing jogging bottoms and hooded top

No man over 21 should wear a hooded top ever! "
