"Iv put weight on but I'm addressing it,I'm going pool now,try and crack a mile out,not done it for couple of months"
Good on you buddy.
I'm in the same boat. Running is great for weightless, swimming for toning.
You'll be looking like Zac Efron on no time.
I find crunches are good for the old belly too. |

I’m working on it! Some things I can’t change about myself and so accept that, everything else that can be is. I don’t think that moaning but not doing anything about it is any good whatsoever |

"The pain! Oh,the pain!!!
Seriously though...the pain. Get rid of that and everything else would fall into place."
I can imagine, nothing worse than being constantly in pain, whether it's an injury or sickness. |

Toning lol
Crunches lol
Running and swimming can be good for fat loss and muscle gain , depending on distance and food intake
Toning does not exist only fat levels and muscle levels
Crunches are one of the least effective body exercise and one that can be prone to poor form and injury
Toning is usually misused to mean trying to add or maintain muscle whilst losing fat
One of the very best methods is to practice hiit and exercise can be performed hiit including weight training rowing and swimming |

I doubt that very much xxx
It indeed would matter how often you train and what you eat
If healthy food then you are eating too much of it for the exercise and activity level you have
Aim for an hour 4 to 6 times weekly and food to total 1700 cal 140 protein, 140 carbs and 60 fat in 3 meals |

Being hungry probably, but there's not much chance of that happening |
