Did you know the body has 70% water just like the earth does? It makes you wonder if there is a connection, what interesting things do you know about? |

Naked Mole Rats are awesome! (oh....and they are unique amongst mammals as their social hierarchy and ‘lifestyle’ is more akin to those of insect colonies such as ants and bees)
.....and did I mention that they’re awesome? |

That a Border Terrier always has a white ring on its tail, near the base. More evident when they are pups before thier colour changes as they get older, but it's still there if you look as adults. No white ring on its tail,it's not a Border Terrier. |

According to Maxim magazine, the vibrations of an airplane and the lower oxygen levels can heighten sexual arousal and lead to more intense orgasms. Those who choose to engage in sex on an airplane are said to have joined the “Mile-High Club”. A wank is classed as the “Half Mile-High Club”. Unless you are onboard a private jet or in a private suite in first class, we do not advise you attempting to join said club – there are other people onboard and that crappy blanket does not hide your modesty. |

It's not a fact. But it is weird thinking about the sudden death of the dinosaurs. The signs of scavenging is the decimation of carcasses. Most things rot away to nothing. Yet with the dinosaurs we see neither. It's almost like they were suddenly enshrouded in mud. It's a peculiar state of affairs. And one that doesn't really sit well with the asteroid theory. Hmm |

‘Half a pound of tuppeny rice
Half a pound of treacle
That’s the way the money goes
Pop goes the weasel!’
Pop means to pawn and weasel is a coat. Makes much more sense when you know that |

Penguins have evolved to maintain temperature loss through their feet by using warmth from arterial blood to raise the temperature of the cooled blood in their veins. |

Ring a ring a roses nursery rhyme is about the plague. Flowers were used to cover the smell of rotting dead bodies.
Ring-a-ring o' roses,
A pocket full of posies,
A-tishoo! A-tishoo!
We all fall down

George Washington died before the first dinosaur bones were found, and so never knew that dinosaurs even existed. |

In some areas, up to 90% of koalas have chlamydia.
Oxford University was founded before the Aztec civilisation.
The time period between the existence of T-Rex and now (65M years ish) is roughly half the time period between the existence of T-Rex and the stegosaurus (135M years ish) |
