And do you think any of them have a hidden message ?

I like most dezarster move,s from wether to tunnels and everything inburtreen.

But dus the day after tomorrow have a hidden message in it ?

When younger I used to really enjoy films like Deep Impact. Nowadays I think they are all a bit throwaway. Popcorn fluff where you can switch your brain off for two hours, but barely remember once it's over.

Disaster / dystopia movies can be good.

I don't think there are any hidden messages in them except in the main part movie makers have a negative view of people. They all seem determined to do something stupid to make the disaster worse, or kill off other survivors rather than work together.

Day after tomorrow was a bit different in that it had a happy ending.

I love San Andreas. Great film and great SFX. I visited the Hoover Dam last year and showed my kids that part of the movie afterwards.... Don’t think they’d have gone if they’d seen it before!

I love disaster movies! Always have! As a child my favourite was Towering Inferno, 2012 was great to watch and if you can class it as disaster then Twister is my all time fave! Never take them seriously, they just crack me up

twister is good for an a rated film but for a b rated film night of the twisters is better

the last 3 ive named all can be found in english not in subtitles as i have them in english.

The 1970’s were best for this particular genre in my opinion with such calamitous classics as, The Towering Inferno, The (original) Poseidon Adventure, Rollercoaster and even the killer bee movies. Ah....they don’t make ‘me like that anymore

I also remembered it completely erroneously to; He was a helicopter pilot trying to protect a lady from gangsters......not a disaster in sight I’m afraid
