28 years old and still, the special effects are better than most films released today

Got to be one of my favourite films of all time

I've watched it five times in the past three days, including today. Same with the original. They never get old.

I'm skeptical about the new one even if James Cameron is involved. I just want them to focus on John Connor and the Future War, not some random Mexican chick. I've got no problem with them having a diverse cast, I just think the films are about John Connor. He's always been the main character to me.

Which was the original? The one where the alien comes out of his tummy? It was that one!

Alien is the original with the chest bursted scene.

Fun fact, none of the actors knew what was happening when it first happened, so the shock on there face when the blood splats on them is real

Been watching too - it's an amazing film for so many reasons. Effects were great but didn't kill the film, as many modern ones have had done. Enough good plot, acting, action and fun to score highly.

Great film along with the first Terminator. After the 2nd one the others not so good though.

Still got my original Terminator comic from the early 1990's, issue number #1

Thinking about selling it but need to get it valued.

Think the fame and money went to his head at such a young age. He was doing low budget horror movies not long ago, doesn't look good, probably all the years of alcohol and drug abuse have taken their toll on him.

Running Man book beats the hell out of the film. Totally different story which the film should have followed. Still think they should make that movie.

The Keith and Paddy re-make that was on before it was pretty funny too - using pie cases for the T1000 bullet "wounds" was a work of genius as was casting Rick Astley as the T1000!!

Hasta la vista

Baby

I guess when they made the terminator have emotions and feelings and was a good guy rather than the first one where he was pure cold killing machine.

Did like the first one mainly as you seen the skeletal terminator.

Tho that era of action movies is still timeless today so bored of the drivel that comes out of Hollywood today all the remakes just shows that they've ran out of ideas and creativity of new concepts.

I've decided I need to watch this one again (and T1 & 3).

Loved the Alien series (up to 3). Did like Prometheus, but don't think I've seen Covenant. Did not like AvP.

Loved Total Recall too.

Saw Predator recently and thought it was rubbish.
