The planet would be overpopulated very quickly.Death has a purpose.Although digital immortality wouldn't be a problem as you wouldn't suck up the planets resources.Life extension will become a reality but only for the elites and not the lower classes. |

Id give it a go if I was somewhere sunny. Spending the next 1000 yrs waiting for a British summer doesnt appeal. But then can I even go out in the sun if im immortal?

Pros - a fantastic collection of antiques
One of the cons - what age are you stuck at ?
Could be fine if you were a fit strapping 20 year old - poss not so much fun if you were a worn out 80 year old
Would prefer human re-incarnation with retained memory |
