Think they're all having babies

Bird table is always topped up with suet pellets.

Advice from the RSPB website gives the best things to feed birds during the spring and summer...

Black sunflower seeds, pinhead oatmeal, soaked sultanas, raisins and currants, mild grated cheese, mealworms, waxworms, mixes for insectivorous birds, good seed mixtures without whole peanuts...

Peanuts and suet balls are a no no

You can't beat the sight of a pair of Great Tits!

My bird feeder has gone very quiet, they will be back in a couple of weeks with the new young.

Peanuts should be ok as long as they can't take whole ones, didn't know suet balls was a no no though

In the middle

We have several bird feeders, a bird bath and a small fountain they like to splash about in so we see quite a few, it’s quite amusing to see them lining up to take a turn in the bird bath

A world all of his own

See blue tits quite often in my garden, along with robins and blackbirds but very few starlings.

Waiting for another week or so and hoping the nightingale that visited last year, comes back.
