Sudden stress

So I've been doing some last minute revision for an exam tomorrow and, I've just had a load of nervousness come over me and thoughts of failing run across my mind.

This is a whole new thing for me. I never get stressed.

Put your books down. Get a brew. Call a friend. Breathe.

You know loads about your stuff. Breathe some more.

Remember that the gods made us just intelligent enough to realise that they don't exist.

Forget you're revision now, it's time to relax. Perve some hot photos, on here, watch some porn, have a wank and get to sleep.

Good luck in your exam.

I haven't looked at anything for around an hour now.

It just came when I was laying down getting ready to sleep.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Your body is telling you it's had enough. Some stress is good, strain isn't.

Do yourself a favour and do as others have suggested - take a break, don't think about it and get some sleep so that it consolidates overnight.

Good luck for tomorrow.

Tell me about it! I went to the wire with my medical exams.... and my job was on the line if I hadn't of passed. Never been through stress like it and hope never to again!

Hope you get through it ok

Somewhere In The Ether…

Two quick tips that ostensibly can help facilitate the retainment of information:

1) Read the text just prior to retiring to bed

2) Some studies have apparently shown that by clenching ones fists and/or tensing other muscles in the body during revision, the information is more likely to be retained

Give them a go; It certainly can’t hurt any and good luck for the exam

It's the drop in adrenaline. Switch off the screen so that your eyes can tell your brain it's time for sleep.

Thanks for the luck.

It wouldn't bother me, but I've never been stressed like this before. I'm always cooler than a cucumber. Was told by a classmate in college that I walk around like I have a constant supply of zanex.
