Ok, just a bit of fun this one.

The Hollies were number 1 with I'm Alive on my entering this world.

What was the number when you were born?

This is a mistake posting this, as i know as i will feel ancient lol

Have fun.

Make you fell ancient? You should worry!

When I arrived, the only charts were for sheet music and it was probably something by Vera Lynn or Al Bowlly.

If records were kept, they were probably inscribed in chalk on slate.

I know Cilla Black is not cool - but listen to "You're My World" it's worth it. She was a teenager or young 20s freshly discovered by the Beatles - and Lennon and McCartney wsere writing stuff for her.

It's a great song!

Seriously, I don't think there was a TOTP style Chart in the year of my birth!

Cilla was cool, end of story. lol. Seriously good track that one but the b side was better. "Suffer now i must" was a great song.

No 1 when i was born was Louis Armstrong "What a wonderful world." It doesn't get much better than that, do i win?

This forum was making me feel so youthful till you came out with that, lol!

Mine was Denise Williams with "Free". However I was born over two months early and if I had lasted the full term I would have been born to Donna Summer singing "I feel love", which is a far superior song in my opinion. Bollocks.....
