Hi,
just to warn all forumites especially those in the southwest area.
A good friend of mine has told me that a meet with 'what they thought' were a trusted couple, who they have played with many times before, have sold a private video of one of their meets with them on a free cam site, without their permission!
And are now getting money for it.
The couple have deleted their fab account.
My friends are seeking legal action.
Just wanted to warn you guys out there, to be careful and watch ur backs.
People you think are friends and you can trust, may not be all they seem.
This has certainly been the case with my poor friends.

I totally agree.... but... I know the couple that have been caught out here and they were good friends with the people who cammed them... or so they thought. Swinging to me is about trust and discretion and once you have been around someone long enough for them to gain that trust, you would hope the bastards would not do this.
Also makes you think about all the people who are into webcam sex, is that being recorded and offered for sale?

Yes some pictures and videos are taken at my meets sometimes. This is always made clear before hand with knowledge to all concerned. Are all meets filmed? the answer is NO, however most are. To publish this material on other sites (whether profit or non profit) without the correct model release forms or permission is wrong. Did Paris Hilton sign a model release form before her sex tape emerged?  |

The thing that upsets me the most, is that the couple werent one off playmates.
My friends knew them well, and had played many times, and considered them good friends!
It just goes to show, you really can't trust anyone fully!

I may have been a bit 'harsh' but regardless, if you allow anyone, even regular playmates or 'friends' to video you, then there is always the possibility that during an act of revenge (for whatever reason) or a moment of idiocy, you lose all your discretion and anonimity.
Its a hard price to pay and I would hope that neither of the affected party working in the government sector or this could be the least of their problems. |

sadly people are always worried about this.. it makes it hard for us to find people to play with as we video every meet.. or Master watches every meet on cam.
Every meet we take photos.. and only the photos that are of me with a hint (ie cock) of someone else get used.... but we ask first...
I dont let even my photographers use their own cameras.. its mine.. as I know how easy it is to get a copy.

Not sure if they do have any legal rights if no money passed hands it would not be seen as contractual and unless some form of Non Disclosure Agreement was made up front I can't see how they can claim a position in retrospect

I use a cam site and men were often copying our cams and posting them on other places.
Sadly not much can be done except complain to the site If you get told you are seen there asking them to remove the pics/ video's. People also video'd cams and played them on other sites under their name. technology makes it easy for unscrupulous people. |

Will we get membership cards as well? Loving the idea of belonging to at least one professional body.
I just hope the people who hav put these vids up for sale show some remorse and destroy them. They have certainly fucked there opportunities down here. The South West is a small community and I cant see anyone going near them again. They were really into parties and know they played at 2 of the venues down here... I fucked them at one of them... thank god for the no filming rule there! |

we left straight away after a few choice words were given. did not meet them online so could not report it to anyone |

thing is that now you can get cams with no wires.. I know as I have one.. and it comes in great.. how ever my meets know that its there..  but if I wanted to hide it.. ( and I have used it when I wanted to see if my older son was sneaking in to my room when I was out ) I could so easily do.. its tiny... and really easily hidden...

The main problem here isn't the detail about non consent or the lack of a release form; mainly it's about how you get at the publisher.
Suing Mrs Miggins for uploading a video to a website without permission is going to be a rocky road, full of legal bills and with bugger all at the end of it.
Suing the website in question is more tempting, since they have longer pockets, but they're usually a long way away as well, and outside UK jurisdiction. So visiting a solicitor might be a waste of money.
An email to the website in question can work, but having done a transatlantic copyright battle over some stuff that was stolen (not swinging stuff...) I know only too well how hard it can be to get corporations abroad to play ball....

Very sad indeed, such a shame for this couple.
But I have to agree with Sassy, you cant trust people you meet for casual sex. The offer of money would be a very tempting one indeed.
My advice would be that no matter how long you have known a casual partner for sex, no matter how much you think you trust them, trust no-one. If you must film yourself, if you get a kick out of that, only do that with your own married or permanent partner. They are the only ones that give a toss about your wellbeing (and sometimes not even them). No matter what you may believe, you are only really a quick fuck to anyone else. |

If no model release was signed then most responsible sites on reasonable proof of ID would remove the content. Though that does not stop it proliferating around the torrents of the world.
If someone in the video was not aware of being filmed, or did not consent (e.g. they pretended to turn camera off) then that opens a much wider legal net, if people want to go that way. |

Forget the law, forget the trust between friends and forget someone giving their word…. Once someone else has images of you, you have no control over what happens to them. This applies to photos you send on a phone, email, file share, as well as videos.
The only safe assumption is… they will share it…. no matter who they are.
As for the video of the OP’s mates…. It’s out there and there’s nothing anyone can do now to get it back. They may get it taken off of the site, but what do they do about the other people who have downloaded it?

I've only ever had 2 people take pics of me, 1 did it on my own cam and the other I do trust (but neither contained porno material either)
I hope they can report it and have it removed as non consentual. |

And again yes you are right about my role play with the blindfolds, as yes I wasn't in control. Its the question of trust. When you willingly allow a stranger to take pics or video you, you are essentially giving them free licence to do what they want with them. The couple in question here trusted their playmates, it wasn't a one off meet, they had known them a long time. I expect they felt a similar way about the way you feel about sir.
I only share photos that publicly wouldn't embarrass me. Yes I've got naked shots and I've got topless shots, but I don't have any play pictures whatsoever because I would be embarrassed for anyone to _iew me whilst performing a sexual act. My pics at their worst are just titillating.

I actually do look out for things like webcams and open laptops in peoples houses these days & it is one of the reasons I prefer to accom than to go to someone elses house.
I have been known to 'accidentally' knock a webcam round the other way on a meet 
All that stems from 1 bad meet where I ended up arguing with a guy because he asked if he could film us and I said 'no' |
