Hawe a few suggestions:
1 - Stick to your fridge some fit model pick, and a mirror right nex to it, so it might help for self-stimulation
2 - Hawe a more sex as possible, cause during sex and orgasm your body lost as many colories as 1h of in gym
3 - Spend olnly 3 min a day doing planking
But No2 is most important and efficient |
