Apparently I have the 13th rarest breed of dog in Britian with only 145 registered in the country . Anyone else have a rare dog breed . Here is the list ( rarest first) ... Otterhound, Skye Terrier, Glen of Imaal Terrier , Field Spaniel, Curly coated Retriever, Sussex Spaniel, Smooth Collie, Irish water Spaniel , Irish red Setter , Fox Terrier , English Boy Terrier, Bloodhound, Norwich Terrier ( me ) , Cavalier King Charles Spaniel , Lancashire Heeler, Dandie Dinmont Terrier , Welsh Corgi, Kerry blue Terrier , Manchester Terrier, Mastiff, ..... If you can be arsed to read all that let me know  |

Me too. I had no idea what dog mine was. I just had to rescue him from gypsies who threw him in a box outside in December . Wasn't until first vets trip I even knew what he was  |

We thought the cross one was just over active hence her build till a lady who rescues whippets and greyhounds pit us right..
Collie markings, mannerisms, intelligence and stamina but built like a whippet..
As a squirrel found out on Fri when she chased it down and ran over it, rolling it in the snow but didn't bite it..

My parents had a brindle great dane and his uncle was in the guinness book of records for the tallest at the shoulder, brin was a loveing dog and daft in many ways but one of the most good natured dogs you,d ever have.. |

Lots of cavalier King Charles around here and I know someone who owns a very old Manchester terrier (identical to a staffy).
I'm not a dog owner but meet lots of dogs. |
