Omelette/Frittata- 3 eggs, Red Thai Prawns, onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper, green chilli and tomato. Seasoned with crushed chilli, mixed herbs and freshly ground pepper.
I only have it on my low carbs days - twice a week - gets the day off to a zingy start |
