Being serious for a moment; I had an ex who used to ‘gush’ profusely during oral sex. When I first met her, it was obviously a source of embarrassment to her and she felt the need to prewarn me (which likely took a lot of guts).

I would simply let meets know that you do sometimes gush. I'm pretty sure that most will be more than happy.
