Somewhere In The Ether…

Trek is better regarding plots (time travel and parallel universe ones especially) plus the awesome fictional scientifics but in terms of pure action, Star Wars takes the prize (or at least DID) for me - Light sabres - need I say any more?

I love both but probably more a Trekkie to be honest. I used to adore voyager growing up but I watched deep space nine back to back a few years back and growing up I always thought it was boring as hell but I actually really really enjoyed it.

Because excluding Date, Worf and Barclay i didn't really like the other characters.

(Remember it would be a rather boring world if we all liked and disliked the same things)

Never really understood the hype of Star Wars. It's OK. I wouldn't pay to watch it but could happily sit through it if it came on TV. Not sure how many there are now but I've seen 3 or 4 of them.

Both are very enjoyable, but I think i prefer Star Trek. I'm really enjoying Discovery on Netflix. I think TNG is the best, then Enterprise, DS9, then Voyager. I'll wait until the end of the series of Discovery until I decide where it fits in, but it will be near the top.

I grew up with Star Trek the series,

Films weren’t great apart from Khan.

The new Trek films are really good.

Star Wars is amazing 4,5,6 superb

1,2,3 not so good but still telling the story of Vader.

7,8,9 what have Disney done don’t get it yet hopefully all will be revealed in the last one.

Which do I prefer- Star Wars

Wars 7 and 8 I think whilst not as good as 4 5 and 6 I think are pretty good. 8 especially so. Much better than 1 2 and 3. Rogue one however is fantastic in my opinion. That's up there with Empire as my joint favourite.
