Mine is finding out I meet the criteria needed to get a specialist referral for an op I desperately want. |

Lasting 5 days without smoking - positive.
Will power cracking whilst out - negative
Last 24hrs smoke free - positive
The best positive, spending the first few days of the year with some of most amazing people.
Fab friends for life xx |
