Are you a collector? What do you collect? Do you have a structured approach to collecting? Are you a competionist or do you just want a few special items?
I collect fountain pens. I have a pretty small collection, but a few limited editions.
My ink collection is a little out of control, mind you. (Mostly glittery inks, or inks with real gold in them.) |

I used to collect pottery/china frogs.
It started off on a holiday to Cornwall, we used to go in the antiquey shops wherever we stayed in Cornwall and they'd always have a little collection somewhere and i'd end up buying one (usually the smallest and cheapest!).
I did mean to look into whether there was a significance somewhere as i never saw so many frogs in any other place we visited apart from in Cornwall...
Anyway, i stopped collecting when i was 14, and when i moved out later in life, the collection got lost.

Small stones or pebbles from places I've been. Currently have about 6 or 8kg od stones from around the world...some amazing in colours, shapes or textures. Range from vulcanic larva from Goma, rough precious stones from India and Africa, from bottom of the grand canyon to himalayas of Nepal, donegal, mayo and wicklow beaches...the list goes on. There's always something different that catches my eye or feel about a stone. Brings back memories from where I've been. |

I've got about 20 years worth of Viz comics, it was never intended to be a collection but I just kept hold of them.
I do collect Stephen King books though and I've got a huge collection of films from before the Netflix/Kodi/torrents era came along and made them obsolete. |

Have you ever asked someone if they want to go back to yours to see your rock collection? |

I like finding little antique bottles in coloured glass in unusual shapes . And I have a bowl of gemstones I love. And little bowls if they're the handmade hand painted types. Lots of little pretty dainty shells too in jars, and the bits of smooth beach glass.
I'm more of a collector than I thought |

My partner recently brought back some Dracula Plum Brandy from Romania - it has little wings that flip out of the bottle. :D |

I used to collect films, then they brought out blurary, and I started to upgrade my collection, and then they brought out 4k.
I have already bought some films two or three times, It's a total joke. So I stopped. |

I'm building a collection of Irregular Choice shoes but its small at 8 pairs now I think.
Between the family though we collect quite a lot, rare coins, pictured 50p's, comics and related memorabilia, and Lego, I dread to think how much we've spent on Lego the last 10 years.

We collect hot Fabbers and keep them safe in our cellar. We have lots of different types and ages. Its getting a bit cramped now, so we'll perhaps get rid of some of the old tatty ones to make space for new ones. |

What started for me as a joke has turned into a real collection.
An old flame bought me star ways cufflinks as a birthday gift. The thought was lovely but it became a running joke with friends that I never ever wore a suit.
But then one day I saw a set of Empire cufflinks to match the Rebel ones. Then I got sets of Autobot and Deceptions. Then Captain America... Green Lantern.. Superman and so on and so on. Over twenty pairs now.
I still don't wear suits often |

Wood, driftwood, felled trees, anything wood! I'm obsessed! Large driftwood planks are my favourite, barnacle covered with metal rivets are an absolute joy to work, grinding, sanding and waxing.

I do, all over the house! I have a beautiful six foot plank of drift that took about six months to beautify as it was completely covered in barnacles and very wet, but it's absolutely stunning now I can't walk along a beach without taking most of it home haha!

I'm addicted to buying blingy tat and little bags and boxes. I have 50+ pairs of shoes and wear about three. More books than I'll ever get through in my life time. |
