What did you eat over Christmas that you now regret?

I went out drinking one night in December and had about 4 dinners at different restaurants in one night. I regret dinners 2-4 of that night.

I (Jam) ate my body weight in peanuts and gained 9lbs. Happily I lost nearly 5 stone last year so know it will come off again.

I don't regret eating it as such but I do regret eating it while this flaming virus from hell has made all the taste go out of everything. I should have waited until it's cleared up and properly enjoyed all that the festivities have to offer.

My regret is similar. I don't regret eating 4 dinners, but I regret doing it while I was too tipsy to enjoy it.

I ate. I enjoyed. I don't regret despite putting on 6lbs. I'd have been a miserable bitch if I didn't relax my healthy eating over the festive period.

My regret is not sitting eating my body weight in chocolate. I've hardly ate this holiday period so far. I'm still a fatty though but weigh in this week should be good
