Well I think I shock a few people when i tell them I can’t ride a bike or swim.
For me it’s something that I manage to do with out.
I was wondering if anyone else has something that they can’t do that shocks people
(For those that wondering I had symptoms similar to displaxia as a kid so anything that has balance and coordination I don’t find to easy)

I choose not to accept can't, so against the sensible people's advice I taught myself to skateboard, poledance and this year teaching myself chair dancing, doing the splits and anything else people say I can't do

I know but the thought of eating a broken biscuit just does not sit right, I’ll give the first couple out of a pack to someone else because they are usually broken
Once I’ve broken them by dipping them in my coffee that’s fine because I’ve done it I think something happened to me in childhood involving biscuits or something associated but it’s a bit of a phobia |

i can whistle with my lips and through my teeth , but cant whistle by putting my fingers in my north and south , ive tried and tried , just the sound of wind |

also i cant go to the pub for just a drink or for 2 pints say , i'm either init or in it for the duration or im not.
dont see the point otherwise, 2 drinks for 6 quid that has absolutely no effect. |

run long distance just that I have big chunky legs and so all that slamming down with a size 12 foot murders my legs sprinting fine but unless my life is at stake long distance no chance |

No it is genetic. People that can't do it are in the minority, so I guess it's a dominant gene that causes the characteristic. All my family can do it apart from me so as a kid I thought I could learn to do it. Hours wasted! |

I have my licence and passed first time back was I was 17 but didn't drive straight away.
I tried lessons again a few years ago and had to pull over as I was a nervous wreck, it's just not for me |
