Weight training is my crutch.. although at this time of night you may be restricted with exercise..? You could go for a stroll around the block... take in some deep breathes of fresh, cold air. |

The chatting does help but I'm really feeling sorry for myself and don't know why or what might have triggered it. As someone else said tomorrow is another day, I could be thinking what a knob I was today. |

"exercise has been shown to be as effective as antidepressants and 5-htp is a good natural alternative to antidepressants" definitely. It's hard to make yourself leave the house and do any form of exercise but once done it really does help most people
