I'm with Tesco, and for £10 a month I get £20 worth of free calls. You use your free calls first so I usually have most or all my £10 left at the end of the month.
You have to top up at least £10 but they will give you double the amount in free credit.
If I've got more than £5 left of my free credit at the end of the month I use it to extend my site supporters membership, so in reality I get my Fab site support for free |

Went FROM contract to giffgaff about 6 months ago and took my contract number with me. It's the only provider with truly unlimited web access, ideal for smartphones and cheap as chips! |

You should be able to transfer your number with the pac code that your current provider will give you if you ask, take a look at the help section on the giff gaff website. |

You can take your existing number with you to your new provider. Some phone companies might btry to blind you with legal jargon, but if you want to change over, they are legally obliged to supply your PAC code to allow transfer. It should only take a few days.

i found with giff gaff the only problem was couldnt access any site 18 or over and they have no customer support network i put £10 on hoping to do my site support got a £5 bundle offer then had to put another £10 on because it wouldnt let me send the text as i only had £5 credit left even tho i had 500 texts free in the bundle, so thats £20 for a kick off then because fabs over 18s wouldnt let me send text then so had to ring to do my site support which cost £8.50 so dumped it didnt even get to use the free texts in the month only used about 200 but to the day took them off me .
so to be honest went back to tesco |

giff gaff looks like a good deal if you need internet.
I bought a PDA and get a £10 contract from Vodafone for 500 mins and unlimited txt. Don't have any need for internet. |

Tesco and Giff gaff are run by O2.
You can access over 18 sites, you just have to give em your passport number or driving licence number on your account page online to prove identity.
Swingershaz- you can top up using a voucher....anywhere there is a paypoint will do ya one xxx |
