one big mug of proper coffee in the morning..tea the rest of the day..as im in peoples houses all day,i go to work with latex gloves in one pocket...earl grey teabages in the other...works hard enough without having to drink other peoples crappy tea!

I don't drink hot drinks at all, but do live almost exclusively on Diet Coke.... probably much worse than tea of coffee.

I ' love ' hot, strong, fresh brewed coffee. Sadly I can only drink decaffeinated now and it just doesn't have the body and kick.

I cut right down last year because I was consuming way too much caffeine. Limit myself to one cup of proper coffee a day now, and I drink decaff instant coffee or fruit teas at work.

I drink a lot but will only drink decaf after late afternoon, as I value my night sleep quality. If I've had too much early on I also have decaf rea during the daytime, to limit my daily amount.

Coffee. When people say they don't drink tea or coffee I ask what do you dribk all day.

Clearly I understand there are other drinks but there's great comfort in five minutes sit down and a hot cuppa. Hmmmm.
