It's very good and makes an excellent mojito. I did a cocktail masterclass at vodka revolution and they explained the history behind Bison grass vodka, basically the grass used is grazed upon by Bison, they did try to move the Bison but found the taste and sales decreased after so the Bison were moved back on and it's the Bison that largely give it the flavour. |
