Before i start this post i know im going to regret it but it has to be said sorry to those i might offend in saying it...
We are a cpl as many on this site know as weve met a few people and had a gr8 time but there are certain types we will not meet..
1/. couples who want to have fun as per cpl to cpl..
2/. guys younger than 35 or older than 49 and no guys i wont change my mind no matter how big ur cock is..
3/. gay or bi guys we will not meet and no we arent homophobic b4 u start we just wont meet them as my hubby is str8 and have no need to meet them..
We do meet couples on occasions but thats at socials and parties and yes we do have fun with myself being a bi fem but thats the only time we meet cpls for fun, however there are times we go out for a meal and drinks with a cpl as friends only...
normally i wouldnt put this sort of comment on forums but its starting to get to us recieving mail after mail after mail from people we dont want mail from, pls pls pls read our profile and respect our wishes after all its not rocket science...im already disliking myself for this..xxxx stella

I don't really know why I am saying this, as I also wouldn't fit your criteria, and what I am about to ask doesn't even concern me....
but I always wondered, why are couples so against bi guys? I know you said your husband isn't bi, but just because a guy is bi doesn't mean he HAS to do something with your husband. Its just another option for that bi guy if the situation arises, which obviously it wouldn't if he were to meet with you, so in that case he would just do the same as what a straight guy would. Or are there other reasons? |

I think your profile might be the problem.
No one is seriously going to read all that just to find out if they fit in your criteria.
Shorten it. Make it as basic as you realistically can and state what you are NOT looking for rather than what you would like.
Thats the only thing I can suggest.
Mind you, regardles of what you put, some idiotic halfwit is always going to message you 'just to chance their arm' |

JandS we started on this site with a normal length profile and were getting loads of people that we didnt want to meet even though we made it clear what we wanted and didnt want, so we thought wed mark it out step by step so no one got it wrong and we are still getting them, its a no win situation |

...but that still doesn't actually explain why? You've just said we have gay friends and we wouldn't meet them. Is it something they do? The way the act? You find they like different or dirtier things?
As I said, they can still do all the things straight people do and avoid all the bits that make them bi if they want, so how are they different? |

Everybody is entitled to their preferences and we all have them
I could question loads of peoples but my life is far too short lol
So I just look forward to meeting the people that meet ours and don't worry about the ones that don't
Easy peasy lol |

i always make a point of replying even if its to someone i dont wanna meet, i look at it this way they took the time to mail me which in a way is nice of them even if they arent what im wanting so a polite no thank always goes on its way...its only fair |

hmmmm totally unrelated, no honest my mum never met her dad.
I have a big one, really really big, is it too big ?
My profile I mean.
I have always believed that a profile can never be too big providing it is informative, humourous perhaps, well written, articulate and punctuated, that's not saying I think mine is perfect of course but I have tried to make it as reader friendly as possible.
I tried to show some of my personality at the same time being upfront and honest so I dont waste anyones time.
But having read some of the comments in this thread about BIG ONES I would appreciate genuine thoughts
now thinking about it I am going to copy this to my own thread on Profiles in general forum too |

unwanted mail! i get it coming through my door, usally by someone called bill wanting money? i'd like to tell him to f**k off but that would result in me getting cut off & left sitting in the dark!!!
anyways just look at the flip side how would you feel if you got no mail at all? or no replies? so surely sum junk mail is better than none? just think of it like this you can't help it if your disireble & if you are then unfortunatly your going to get unwanted attention!lol |

why not put a post in feedback and suggest a block function for couples, something like the site already has for single men, that way couples on your friends list can still contact you and other couples that you have mailed. |

Your profile'e like war and peace - long winded, it's not suprising that everyone doesn't read it, I gave up half way down.
The simple answer is to reply to the mail which interests you, discard the rest. Thats what we do, in fact if we were honest, we reply to maybe 10% of all inbound mail.
Do we complain or lose sleep over it ? No we don't - life's too short.
As a side note, not all bi guys have to play bi you know, I dabble in that side of life but if I know that the other guy isn't of that mindset, it would be the last thing on my mind. You could be shutting out some very good playmates.
Have fun |

we reply to every single e-mail we recieve and just couldnt hit the delete function, i look at it this way even though we do recieve alot of mail from peple we dont want it from they still took the time to sit down and write it so it would be very rude of me not to reply even if it is a no thank you most of them..
As for having a very long profile yes u are right and yes it is a bit like war and peace but mine is volume 2 of war and peace and it has lots of pretty pictures to go with it, when we first joined this site over a yr ago we had a short but to the point profile out lining what we wanted and not wanted and we recieved hundreds of mail from the ones we didnt want, so we re-wrote it all making it bigger and more to the point and still recieved un-wanted mail, now as u will see we have tried to cover most points and at least now the un-wanted mail is slowing down some what...lmao, i hope i have explained myself fully on this matter to the peeps who question our profile...lmao |

Hi, first time in the forum and first time replying. As people have said, cut down the profile. just say only looking for straight guys, and the age range and say 'Anyone else will be deleated without being read'. This is supposed to be a fun thing and you are letting it get to you. yes there are some dick heads on here who take the rejection personally. If someone says no to me then I am not their type. OK. Try to think of it that they are finding you attractive and that they want to be with you. No bad thing really, just not who you want. Men are pedators by nature. Don't let it spoil the good times. Take care, Brian |
