Not sure if it's the time of year but I've really lost my sexual mojo. Right now it's the last thing on my mind before I couldn't wait to rip renos clothes off when he got in from work now all I want to do cuddle up.

I always do at this time of the year too, catch up after Christmas, being skint, too many other things to think about I think. And whoever mentioned SAD syndrome, I'm sure I get that! I'm definitely a summer girl. |

Turn the heating up... no seriously, turn the heating up.
At this time of year if I don't feel comfortably warm (and I mean warm not just not cold) I can't be arsed to get ready.
If I put snuggly slippers on and my feet feel warm and the rest of me is just OK, it's even worse coz I don't want to have to take them off.
Turn the heating up. |

I know what you mean I've felt nothing but cold.
Central heatings always on and I am still cold.
I know once the warm weather comes I will be back to my usual self.
I just hate the cold and the early dark nights.

Light a shit load of candles... it's not just about the mood lighting... they give off lots of heat if you light enough of them lol |

The SADS thing is very real at this time of year, especially now that we've mostly got the new light bulbs. the old style put out a lower spectrum of light, measured in lumens, that was closer to the sun's output for light intensity. The new bulbs are 6400k which is a cold light, the old incandescent were 2700k which is nearer the lumens of sunlight in summer.
You can now get the CFL bulbs in 2700k - change your lightbulbs, people, and feel happier or your money back |

Don't know if this helps but...
I find that having sex makes u keep wanting it, especially if its with new people.
And I've read forum posts from couples who say swinging brings them closer to their partner , so u never know it might help?
Failing that I'm a big believer in sad.
Roll on the spring!
