I do get messages from guys and gals saying I saw you on the forums and I say well get on there and post I have been made to feel very welcome so come on post  |

Definition of a "lurker" One who reads quietly and replies privately. Kudos to them and their choice of interaction on the forums. And bless site admin for being considerate enough to provide three separate choices of right to reply. Bless us one and all! |

I did a post on this before xmas people looking in not wrighting and had letters from people who did just that and some i am still friends with and mail me. I ask why thay never post and read some say just not there thing but love reading. Some say thay have very strong _iews on things and would be booted off fab... I get people mailing with topic of things in forum just wishing me to know ... like the anal thing had 5 letters ... and things up the pussy i have people who work taking them out telling me what thay have come across and feel thay cant say in forum as its there job. |

I lurked for a while but have been dipping my toe in the water (so to speak) for a little while now. I love voicing my opinion lol. I fear I may soon be addicted

Yep. My sleep pattern is rubbish so I'm often on in the middle of the night. Its a real challenge to turn off the laptop sometimes.....

I worry about thread hogging when everyone has something interesting to say. I have to resist the urge to reply to every comment separately so like the PM function - giving and receiving. Its amazing how many PMs you get each day as a result of the forums - some of the guys who interact via profile reading and are finding it hard to get a meet and/or contact only might benefit from this hidden gem. I often tell guys who write to me to give the forums a once over.
Im meeting a guy who PM'd me from the forums on Sat night Hes my favourite lurker!!! |

See I don't do the whole PM bit if someone mentions something in the forum I normally just answer in here. ( although it has been known for me to compliment someone on their post by PM )Just shows you we all use it differently.

this happens sometimes because regular peeps are so busy vying with each other on the banter they don't read between.
