we have a lovely lady in our office block who wears an ankle chain on her left leg could someone explain the differance of how these are worn as i might approach her when i find out to see if she does so to speak, will of course post my findings or slapped face on hear regards |

Everything has meant something at one time or another, earrings, which ear, ankle chains, rings on thumbs, toes, wrist bands.
IMHO it's all bollocks now, the fact you don't know, the same as me, shows it all pointless...

Everyone knows they only wear an ankle chain on that side to indicate they are swingles... You do need to use the correct approach to get noticed though.. Go to Discount Jewelers.. get yourself one just like it.. then show her during lunch..

penniestone to stockport is not that far away 1.5 hrs by car should do it
any way thanks for all the repiles on the subject from everyone else should they manage to get on here !!!!
so there is still no conclusion to the exact meaning of ankle chains guess will have to put this one along with where is the start of the universe

24.79miles 35 minutes as it happens. Penistone or well im a little closer an a village VERY near to Stockport. Not that I goggled or multimapped it or anything.
As for the ankle chain well look above at tonyelke’s post, it says a lot. I would just go for it. Tell her the chain stirs your blood, you sooooooo need to spend some time with her over a beer so you can look deep into her eyes as you suspect there might be a naughty girl hidden in there some place. Its not offensive but hints at a little play.
