Damnit! You've just made me realise I didn't get any cheddar to go with me jack pot and chilli. Not going out now - too cosy. Bugger.

I have never tried it with coleslaw though (don't have any of that in either though so that's academic).

It's a proper winter warmer.

Chataeuxbriand with Dauphinoise potatoes and a medlay of roast vegetables.

Poached pears in red wine served with sauce anglaise.
