I'm going to be honest and say I hate all forms of excerise, I cycle on average 30 miles a day and I have a run on the thread mill for an hour a day but I don't enjoy it at all I have to force myself to get on that tread mill some days |

I do 30 mins treadmill with increased incline, 30 to 40 mins weights/resistance training, followed by 45 mins on a cross trainer. I wear a heart rate monitor and aim to get my BPM over 145. I try to do this 3 to 4 times a week. Been doing this since October and has made a big difference to my health and fitness levels. |

I'm having a small love affair with kettlebells at the moment.
Hurts like hell, post workout, but the results are worth every ache. Felling brilliant since I started using them. |
