between havant and chichester

when the flushes start run ur wrists under the cold water tap for a few moments

i also found eating a teaspoon of sage a day helps

wear loose clouthes or none at all if you can

with the mood swings when i was really bad i used to smash old mugs

and choccie helps along with a day out shopping

I've been told that rescue remedy works well, just don't go to H&B for it, try Bodycare.

you just really have to do everything you can to stay healthy when u are going thru the menopause and obviously smoking is the biggest no no .. i dont want to get all preachy about it ,but I have a very good friend who is a doctor...smoking causes more problems than anyone could imagine

there are many different forms of hrt.its a bit of a hit and miss at times.you just have to keep trying untill, you find whats best for you.mrs saucy, finds one of the patches works for her.she had tried two others that didnt work.it does make such a difference,in her life, and our lives.
