Spent the day in Bournemouth with my ex-husband and our three adult daughters.

It would have been our 29th wedding anniversary and the fun we had today was almost as much fun as the wedding!

We all got terribly sunburnt in the process, and our girls, 18, 22 and 27 turned into giggling schoolgirls: great day...strange how things turn out!

Popped over to Rothbury today just to have a look at the aftermath of the troubles - nothing doing, a few police doing searches, a few satellite vans and ITV news teams trawling the place, called into ASDA for some wine and cider and our lans are to now sit and drink it, get pissed and chill out

I planned to watch the World cup final but it was more like kick boxing. The Dutch lads spoilt it a bit.
