Fosters is the only alcoholic beverage that gives me a hangover. No kidding.
I can drink whatever I like of anything else and I'll wake up bright as a daisy the next day. Give me Fosters though and I'll snap at anyone who so much as breathes in my direction the morning after lol |

All you Philistines! Cider should never be d*unk either with ice or chilled! It is meant to be d*unk at room tempreture so the flavour can be savoured!
This "Ice with everything" culture is from the US and they do it because they don't like the taste of beer! Mangers have used the Ice thing to boost sales amongst the young supposidly trendy who would never have d*unk cider at all.
Great marketing and the ruin of a good drink! |

i only ever drink cider, preferably room temp, with a dash of blackcurrant....but, 'n its a big but!! it HAS to be the smallest dash ever!! i always ask the bar staff just to frighten the glass of cider with the blackcurrant. people always wonder what im drinking, coz it looks like a pint of rose wine, lol!! Agreed, but the ice can be used for pervy/norty play if you`re at a group social
Now, if I`m out, it`ll be cider `coz I can drink at least two pints or one if I`m driving1
If I`m home, it`ll be an ale from one of the smaller breweries, Ringwood Old Thumper, Exmoor Beast or Studland Bay Wrecked being favourites.
Next Saturday I hope to be trying a corker - Brew Dog Tactical Nuclear Penguin (!) at a mere 24% |

Now Stella used to be the bees knees in my opinion. That was in the days when the booze cruisers brought it over from Belgique, but once that supply dried up and, is it Interbrew ? who now brew it in Luton brew it in uton, under licence ? it gets me pissed alright but gives me the Mother fucker of all headaches .... or am I just getting too old to handle it ? |

Our local Asian shop sold a beer called 'Damburger' it was somethig like 8% proof, Christ it was awful, like drinking tar, but when cash was short, life was hard ........ needs must when the devil drives ....
The (Ex) wife said, "Im not so sure about damburger, but I think it should be called dam arsehole ....
She was right |

If I HAD to choose between those two options only then it would have to be cider. Although, Fosters with a bit of lime can hit the spot sometimes as long as it's ice cold. |
