Oh yes, spend large chunks of my day parked up on the phone browsing the site on iPhone whilst talking to customers on the other phone. If only they knew! |

No chance of surfin Fabs. My company has serious IT security. I get red 'barred' signs for youtube and my yahoo mail. I think if I tried to look at any Fabs or porn sites, I'd have security banging on the lab door in seconds!  |

The new firewall we have at work, blocks all entertainment sites, the only one i can get on is facebook, omg sooooo boring cant use mobile for internet at all boo hoo  |

We both recently, within a couple of weeks from each other, had policies come from the top floor management stating that it is reason for instant dismissal ... so sadly both of us stopped accessing site from work instantly.  |

My partner who is into IT forensics tells me that you can trace back every activity on pc... now matter whether deleted or not... it can always come back to haunt you. I would never now post from work... and when he does, it would be off his personal laptop using his mobile phone as a modem. You can get sacked instantly for this "crime" . And while it can feel a bit like "spoil sport" you can see why....

My partner who is into IT forensics tells me that you can trace back every activity on pc... now matter whether deleted or not... it can always come back to haunt you. I would never now post from work... and when he does, it would be off his personal laptop using his mobile phone as a modem. You can get sacked instantly for this "crime" . Differnt jobs i have been doing have different levels of internet access - job i am working at now we got none at all.
Thankfully tho i treated myself to my new little toy - so can browse anything i like at all.
Mind you - need to speed up the screen saver so now one of the staff here has seen a pic of me tits, lol |

And that was the end of it.

sadly not as firewall blocks all sights of various genres unacceptable to our employer (sexual, gambling and social networking to name a few)... but thankfully it does else feck all work would get done lol |
