FFS i was trying to be eco friendly..but....

Well got in from work at half 7, had purchased a big fat chicken from the supermarket so decided to put the oven on to roast it.
Well, i thought - as i was using leccie to cook the chicken, why dont i use the other meat, chop up a load of veg and make a casserole that i can put in the oven too. So i did.
All went perfectly and my chicken was devine.
Now have enough casserole for about 6 meals, and enough chicken to feed me for at least a week. (thinking freezer may be needed here)
So - thought hmmm, shall cook that carcass and make some fresh chicken stock.
BUT

.
.
.
Then came on here - and my pan has boiled dry - so now wasted my carcass, no chicken stock to be seen - and a waste of 40 minutes of leccie!!!!

SHIT!!!!!
And will also need to boil some hot water to wash and scrape out my pan!!!

My life went a bit upside down recently.
Its not the right way up yet, but its better.
